For deliveries via freight carrier, we typically ship only the solar panels themselves, while accessories are sent separately via parcel service. Only the flat rate for freight shipping applies. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule delivery. Packaging and shipping costs are independent of the order value.
We carefully package the solar modules for shipping to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.
Partial deliveries are possible.
Collection and group orders
Are our flat-rate shipping costs for careful packaging of the solar modules and convenient delivery to your door too expensive for you? Then we offer you the following alternatives:
Pickup points:
You can also order our balcony power plants for collection and pick them up from us in Hildesheim, Rex-Brauns-Str. 12a You will receive the solar panels unpackaged and are responsible for ensuring they arrive undamaged. We recommend bringing blankets or similar items for cushioning.
Group order:
Why not team up with neighbors or friends for a joint order? That way you can split the shipping costs. To ensure everyone receives their own invoice, simply contact us via our contact form or by email.

The shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The flat rate shipping fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping flat rate is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower sales tax rates (eg when purchasing books). This means that the shipping fee can only be finally calculated in the course of the ordering process. However, it cannot go higher, it can only go lower in your favor.
