Return form?

Please fill out the form if you wish to return an item!

List all item numbers (including quantity, if applicable) that you wish to return.

Please fill out the form completely and carefully. This will make our work easier and speed up the entire return and refund process.

Include a copy of invoice at!
On the invoice, mark the items you wish to return.

Please also state the reason for the return and whether you would like a refund or an exchange. This will facilitate the processing of your complaint and reduce the need for further inquiries from us. Use the return slip from the return form to simplify the return process.

Shipping instructions?

Unpaid shipments will be handled by us not assumed!

Send the items complete with all accessories One item – that is, with all parts that you received from us with your delivery. Please return the goods to us in the original box (if included) including the instruction manual, accessories, etc., or in suitable outer packaging.

Please send the items if possible. as an insured package Return the package to us. Please keep the tracking number. If returned as an untracked parcel or in an envelope, we cannot guarantee a refund or refund, and you will be charged for any damage incurred during return shipping.

For returns, please use packaging suitable for protecting the goods against typical transport hazards.

Incorrect delivery, wrong delivery, or incorrect quantity delivered?

In case of incorrect or insufficient delivery, please send us an email to kontakt@pvundso.de stating your customer number (see invoice) and order number (see order confirmation email). Please attach detailed photos of the package and its contents (including cardboard box and packing material).

Please compare the part numbers of the parts you received with the part numbers on the enclosed invoice/delivery note beforehand. We will review the matter and contact you.
