Questions about self-collection

Can I also pick up my order?

Yes. You are welcome to pick up your order from our location in Hildesheim. To do so, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and then select "Pick up" during the checkout process.

Do you have all items in stock for pickup?

Yes, we usually have all items from the shop in stock for collection at our warehouse. Should an item be out of stock, we will inform you after you place your order and arrange a later collection date.

Can I also pick up inverters and accessories from you?

Yes, you can also pick up inverters and other small parts from us. You don't need to book an appointment for that.

Do I need to schedule an appointment for pickup?

Yes, definitely for balcony power plants and solar panels. This allows our staff to prepare your order in advance and also gives them time to assist you with loading the solar panels, if needed.

Can I pay in cash or by card when I pick up the order?

Please use one of the numerous payment options we offer to pay in advance. Cash payment is only possible in exceptional cases. Card payment is currently not possible.

Our collection point is located in Hildesheim Ochtersum.

Can I view the facilities on site and receive advice?

Yes. We also have a small showroom in our warehouse. There you can view the various solar modules and mounting systems. Our staff will be happy to advise you.

How much are the shipping costs?

6,95 euros for parcel goods
89 euros for orders that include solar panels, tile roof installations and/or storage batteries (shipping via freight forwarding and hazardous goods)

Will all items be shipped together?

No. Solar panels and parcels are generally shipped separately, as they come from different warehouses. Even when ordering tile roof mounting kits, the rails are usually shipped separately. However, you will only be charged shipping costs once.

Is the item available?

All items shown as available in the shop are indeed available.

If your desired item is currently listed as unavailable, please check back in a few days.

Questions about the order

Can I change my order or add more items later?

No, unfortunately that's not possible. Once the order has been received and paid for, it's no longer possible to change it via email, as the order has been automatically forwarded to the shipping warehouse for order picking. Please place another order if needed.

Questions about delivery

I received the solar panels, but the inverter is still missing.

Solar panels are shipped via freight carrier, while accessories arrive via parcel service. Therefore, it's normal to receive multiple deliveries.

Why don't you ship all items in one package?

The solar modules and small parts are picked and packed in different warehouses.

The solar panels and other large components are shipped via freight carrier. The inverter and smaller parts usually arrive via parcel service.

Does the shipping company notify you in advance (provide notice)?

The shipping company is required to register in advance. In practice, this unfortunately doesn't always work.

General Questions

Do I need cables to connect the solar panels to the inverter?

For sets with 2 solar panels: If you place the panels next to each other and position the inverter approximately in the middle underneath, the cables already attached to the panels are sufficient. You do not need any additional cables.

For sets with 4 modules: 4 extension cables are already included. Place the inverter centrally between 2 modules and connect the two further-distant modules to the inverter using the extension cables.

If you need to space the modules further apart, you will need MC4 extension cables. Additional extensions are almost always required for mounting on stands (Variable 10-30° and ValkBox). These can be found in various lengths under Accessories in our shop.

Can I see how much electricity my system produces?

Deye's SUN series microinverters come with an integrated Wi-Fi module. You can connect these inverters directly to your Wi-Fi network and then access the data via an app.

Data retrieval for Hoymiles inverters is only possible with an additional device, the DTU Stick or DTU Pro. These can be found in our shop under Accessories.

Alternatively, smart plugs as adapters offer a simple way to control the function and generation.
