The Sofar HYD 15KTL-3PH hybrid inverter is the professional solution for large photovoltaic systems with battery storage. With a nominal output of 15kW, this three-phase inverter is ideally suited for large residential buildings, apartment buildings, and smaller commercial properties with high energy demands.
Intelligent energy management
The inverter intelligently connects the solar system, battery storage, and the power grid. It automatically decides whether the generated solar power is used directly, stored in the battery, or fed into the grid. The integrated 3-phase meter precisely measures the energy flow in all directions, thus enabling optimal load management.
Flexible PV connection with 2 MPP trackers
With two independent MPPT trackers, you can connect up to 22.500 Wp of module power. The two string inputs allow for flexible module configurations, even with different roof orientations or partial shading. The MPPT efficiency of 99,9% ensures maximum energy yield, even with large systems.
Battery management and emergency power function
The inverter supports a battery charging and discharging capacity of 15.000 W and is specifically optimized for the Sofar BTS battery series. In the event of a power outage, the system automatically switches to emergency power and supplies a separate backup circuit with up to 15 kW of power from the battery storage.
Simple monitoring and control
Thanks to the integrated LCD display and various monitoring interfaces (RS485, WiFi, Bluetooth, CAN2.0, Ethernet), you can keep an eye on your system at all times. Connectivity to monitoring platforms enables remote monitoring and control via smartphone or computer.
Robust construction for outdoor use
With its IP65 protection rating, the inverter is ideally suited for outdoor installation. The transformerless design and natural convection keep noise levels below 45 dB. A maximum efficiency of 98,3% ensures minimal conversion losses, even at high power outputs.
Installation note
Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Connection to the power grid requires registration with the grid operator.
