1. What is the LANPWR 2400 Pro and who is it suitable for? The LANPWR 2400 Pro is a compact balcony solar system with an integrated energy storage unit (2040 Wh) and an on-grid inverter. It is aimed at renters and homeowners who want to reduce their electricity consumption and become more independent from the public power grid – all without complicated installation.

2. Do I need a permit to operate it? In Germany, the LANPWR 2400 Pro is classified as a balcony power plant. Since 2024, registration with the grid operator has been significantly simplified. A building permit is generally not required. However, registration in the Federal Network Agency's Market Master Data Register is recommended. Please check the current regulations in your federal state.

3. How is the system installed? Installation is simple and requires no special expertise. The system is connected to a standard household outlet using a Schuko plug. The solar panels are placed on the balcony railing, facade, or in the garden and connected to the device. The entire setup usually takes less than an hour.
