Terms and conditions for redeeming promotional vouchers

    Only one promotional voucher can be used per order.

    Only one promotional voucher is valid per customer and purchase.

    It is not possible to combine this voucher with other vouchers.

    Cash payment of the promotional voucher is not possible.

    The resale of promotional vouchers is not permitted.

    The required minimum order value must be reached to calculate the promotional voucher value. If this minimum is not met, the promotional voucher cannot be redeemed. The minimum order value is always clearly displayed on the promotional voucher. If there is no minimum order value, this will also be explicitly stated on the promotional voucher. The minimum order value mentioned here in connection with the voucher applies only to the redemption of the voucher and is not related to our free shipping offer.

 If the right of return is exercised, only the discounted purchase price will be refunded. There is no right to a replacement of the promotional voucher. Furthermore, the promotional voucher becomes invalid, and therefore the buyer is not entitled to the voucher value, as soon as the purchase price is reduced to a value below the minimum order value (for activating the voucher) due to exercising the right of withdrawal.
